ard&#305;na ya&#351;ad&#305;&#287;&#305; b&uuml;y&uuml;k depremler ve tsunamilerin yaratt&#305;&#287;&#305; kay&#305;plar sonucunda &ccedil;a&#287;&#305;n ilerisinde bir altyap&#305; kurmaya karar verdi. Japon h&uuml;k&uuml;meti ve bilim insanlar&#305;n&#305;n birlikte geli&#351;tirdi&#287;i deniz taban&#305; g&ouml;zlem projeleri, 2011&rsquo;deki 9.0 b&uuml;y&uuml;kl&uuml;&#287;&uuml;ndeki y&#305;k&#305;c&#305; T&#333;hoku depreminden sonra h&#305;z kazand&#305;.
